BROAS, FERRADURAS AND DRY CAKES

Broas, a variant of corn bread, are a typical Portuguese biscuit and is usually eaten with tea or coffee. This product follows the old production line where they are molded manually and brushed one by one with egg yolk.

Our factory offers a wide range from Broas de Mel e Pinhão, a variant with honey and pine nuts, to the famous Broas dos Santos which is rich in dry fruits, delicious Broas of sweet potatoes and sultanas. We also produce Ferraduras, a traditional Portuguese dry cake baked with fennel and lemon. In this range you can still count on delicious Areias, Areados de Canela, Broas de Limão e Casados.
